Where are you located and do you travel ?

We are currently located in Houston, Texas, but we always have our passports in hand and are ready to travel around the world with and for you! We have done several weddings across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and South Africa. We love to travel, especially when we get to do it in order to tell your love story!

What if you haven’t done any events at our venue before?

If we have not shot at your venue before, do not worry! With over 400 weddings in our portfolio, we are experienced and comfortable with shooting in any type of venue such as a darkened ballroom, a nature-esque place, or any other sort of event setting. If your venue is within or around the Houston area, we always do our absolute best to visit the event prior to your wedding day!

Do you help with the planning process?

Yes, of course! We are with you from the very beginning to the very end of your event, even checking in with you after your special day! We are more than happy to help you find worthwhile vendors and/or lend a hand with whatever you may need!

How much do you charge?

All of our clients who book us for their weddings and/or events are very special to us; therefore, we offer customizable collections. Our wedding photography collections start at $3550.

What equipment do you use and do you have backup equipment?

We take our job seriously and we know how important our job is and, most especially, how important your special day is. So, of course, we have backup equipment to avoid encountering any difficulties or problems during your wedding. As of currently, we use:

How can we book you and what’s your payment process?

To ensure that you have booked us for your wedding date, we require a $1,000 fee upon signing our contract. Another $1,000 fee is required two months after or on the day of your engagement session. Half of your contract must be paid 6 months prior to your wedding. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding. The payments are flexible and we have no problem with dividing the payments along the way! You’ll always receive an electronic receipt of your payment to keep track of your paid and remaining balance.

Do we receive all of the images?

Yes, absolutely! Sam edits every single image from your wedding and strives to save every image, even those who have problems with the flashes not firing, are blurry, etc. Therefore, we ensure that you receive all the images that we capture throughout your wedding day.

Do you meet in person prior to the event?

Of course! We would love to meet both of you, even your families if they are involved with the wedding planning. We highly recommend meeting in person because that will grant us the opportunity to get to know you guys, connect with you two, and further discuss the details of your wedding day and photoshoots.

What happens if you fall sick and/or cannot come to our wedding?

Lucky for you, we are the healthiest, married couple around who take good care of themselves… especially when we have an event in the near future 🙂 If we were to fall sick, do not worry because we still have got you covered! If we happen to be unable to present ourselves at your event, we will have our associates (who have worked with us for years) cover for us. If it happens to be that only one of us becomes sick, the other will be happy to go and capture your event along with our associates! No matter what, we promise that you will receive the services you have asked us for!

When should we expect to receive our gallery?

We provide each of our clients with equal personal attention to their photos and video. We do not send our work for out-of-house editing. Because of that, the expected date to receive your complete gallery varies depending on the season. We strive to have your photos completed within 6 weeks following your final payment. In some cases, it may be as early as 4 weeks; however,  in other cases, it may take as long as 10 weeks. As for your video, we aim to have it completed within 10 weeks following your final payment. In some cases it might take 8 weeks while in others, it may take closer to 12 weeks. No part of any order, including previews, will be delivered until the balance is paid in full.

Can we see a full wedding gallery?

Absolutely! We love when our prospective couples/clients ask us to see our previous work. It is always a smart idea to see what you are going to be working with beforehand. We would be more than happy to show you various galleries from our portfolio!

What do we wear for our engagement session and where should we have it?

Our engagement sessions include complimentary consultations to discuss locations and wardrobe ideas, as well as recommendations for our preferred hairstylists and makeup artists. As for the location of the photoshoot, that’s completely up to you two! Bounce off ideas off of each other regarding your favorite places in the city, country, and so on. If you cannot come up with any specific location, we would be more than happy to suggest a few of our favorite spots!

What do you wear for our wedding?

For weddings, we always dress semi-formal. 90% of the time, we wear black/dark, formal blouses and dress pants with cute, comfortable shoes. If you have a certain dress code for your wedding, we would absolutely abide by it and dress accordingly.

Is a bridal session worth it?

Yes, yes, a hundred times YES! The BEST part about doing a bridal session is getting to try out your wedding dress, hair, makeup, shoes, and accessories all BEFORE your wedding day! Not only that, but you also get to get finalized bridal portraits that you will adore for the rest of your life. It’s a great trial run and makes for yet another timeless collection.

What is a “first look”?

On your wedding day, first look images refer to the moment when you see your significant other for the first time that day BEFORE the start of the wedding ceremony! A LOT of our couples choose to capture this precious, intimate moment with their partner before the start of their ceremony to get those special pictures that cannot be replicated. But, of course, whether you want to do a “first look” or not is completely up to you and your partner!

How extensive do you edit our photos ?

Sam ensures that every image from your photoshoot is edited and not discarded. Because you will be receiving every image from your event’s photography, Sam edits the images to your preferred style and liking. If you want your images to be dark and moody, he will make your images dark and moody. If you want a bright and airy gallery, he will make it that way. If you want your images with a more natural editing style, he can do that as well! We also offer more in-depth photoshop editing if you want your images to be more spotless! All edits made to your images are based upon what you want and seek to have.
